Do you ever feel like there is something inherently wrong with you and it makes you take action to try and change it, immediately? Does it work?  My guess is no, it doesn’t. Especially when it comes to things like body size and dieting, which is one area I have definitely struggled with. So how do we turn it around and approach change without shame?
